The Furnace Tube Adopts Quartz Tube As Carrier And The Light Weight Aluminium Flanges On Its Both Ends Are Simple Design, Reasonable, Easy To Disassemble And Convenient For Entering And Leaving Sintered Samples.
Furnace Material Is High-Purity Ceramic Fiber Zirconia Grade Materials, New Assembly Structure, and No Transformation In Long Term High Temperature, Sturdy And Durable.
Using Intelligent PID Temperature Control Instrument, With 1 Program Function, Can Set The Temperature Rise Curve, Can Be Programmed 16 Segments.
The Machine Will Send Out An Alarm Signal To The Over-Temperature During The Working Process, And Automatically Complete The Protection Action.
The Heating Element Is Made Of Kanthal – A1 Wire, Coil Type With End Connections, Which Can Bear Large Load, Stable And Long Service Life.
High Precision of Temperature Accuracy ±1°C.
The Heating Rate Is Fast, From Room Temperature To 1150 Degrees, Generally Takes 120 Minutes.
Electronic Components Are Used Such as Autonics / Schneider / L& T Brand, it’s safe and Reliable.
The Machine Will Send Out An Alarm Signal To The Over-Temperature During The Working Process, And Automatically Complete The Protection Action.
When The Instrument Program Is Set, Just Press The Run Button And The Next Work Will Be Completed Automatically.
It can be installed with a Gas Mass Rotameter, Manual Precise Control of the Gas.

The Product Uses The Zirconia Grade Ceramic Fiber Material As The Furnace Chamber Material; The Furnace Tube Material Is Fine, And The Tube Is Sealed By Light Weight Aluminium Flanges On Its Both Ends, The Furnace Can Be Work Under The Vacuum, There Are Air Inlet And Air Outlet On The Flange, Also It Can Be Filled In Protective Air, The Precision Needle-Valve May Adjust The Air Inlet Flow Rate.

Using Attentions The cooling rate of this Split Tube Furnace 1200 type shall also not exceed 8℃ /min.
Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this Split Tube Furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence
