Atmosphere Box Furnace: - The 1200°C Atmosphere box-type resistance furnace mainly provide as high temperature heat treatment environment for industry laboratories such as colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, factories and enterprises, and can be used in the field of new material such as metal materials, ceramic materials, Nano-material, and semiconductor material Features:-  The Furnace Material Is Vacuum-Formed Alumina Ceramic Fiber Material And Does Not Drop Powder In High Temperature; Heat Capacity Is Small, Energy Saving Above 50%.  The Heating Element Is Made of High-Quality Kanthal A1 wire in coil form as Heating Element, Which Can Bear Low Load, Stable and Long Service Life; The APM wire Heating element, Is Evenly Arranged On Both Sides Of The Furnace, And The Temperature Field Uniformity Is Good.  The Heating Rate Is Fast, From Room Temperature To 1150 Degrees, Generally Takes 240 Minutes.  High Precision of Temperature Accuracy ±1°C.  Using Intelligent PID Temperature Control Instrument. With 1 Program x 16 Segments.  Electronic Components Are Used Such As Autonics / Schneider / L& T Brand, it’s Safe And Reliable.  The Machine Will Send Out An Alarm Signal To The Over-Temperature During The Working Process, And Automatically Complete The Protection Action.  When The Instrument Program Is Set, Just Press The Run Button And The Next Work Will Be Completed Automatically. Furnace shell :- 1. The shell is made of High-Quality GI Sheet, and the surface is electrostatically resistant and anti- corrosion. 2. Sturdy metal tank shell structure with low furnace surface temperature. 3. Furnace door with flange type sealing structure and manual screw compression with side door way for easier operating. Refractory material: - Multi-layer insulation design, composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and other high-quality insulation board heat shielding backing, which does not contain asbestos components, low heat loss and low energy consumption. Heating system:- 1) High-quality Kanthal A-1 wire in Coil Form heating element, safely and firmly embedded in the furnace surface, free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity, energy saving and high efficiency with long service life. 2) Heating on three sides (left and right and furnace bottom) for good homogeneity in the furnace. 3) Silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating element, high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, while providing horizontal load bearing. Temperature Control Panel:- 1) PID controller with SSR control mode for precise temperature control. 2) International standard K type (Pt-Rh) with 99.7% purity Alumina tube thermocouple, temperature range 0-1150 ℃, long service life. Program Controller:-  PID automatic control via SSR power control with phase angle fired, current limiting resistor.  1 programmable x 16 segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.  Built in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection for this Muffle Furnace 1200 type.  Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant.
